For the students of classes I to V, Bagless Day was a lot of fun. Kids were doing hands-on activities instead of carrying their regular school backpacks. They took part in imaginative arts and crafts, such as creating chef hats, aprons, and bright paper prints with their fingers.
Kids also delighted in outdoor activities and several interhouse competitions. They were entertained by the participatory dance and music activities. Another activity that allowed them to show off their skills and acknowledge the effort that goes into cooking was cooking without the use of fire. It was a delightful diversion from the usual, with an emphasis on learning by play, exploration, and creativity.
