The students of class IX and XI, Spring Dale, IN went for a visit to ‘The Regnant Hotel’ as a part of Hospitality Management curriculum along with their Mentor, where they chanced to meet the MD as well as Front Office Manager and the Executive Housekeeper.

The session could provide the students with the practical in-depth knowledge of the functioning of the front office which includes check in, check outs and reservations, housekeeping which includes handling phone and managing the control desk, restaurant including the service of various parts of restaurants and kitchen.

It was a great learning experience for the budding hospitality enthusiasts.
